Terms & Conditions

General:
1. All items are authentic Victoria Secret. They are new and are shipped directly from the US.
2. All prices are fixed and non-negotiable.
3. Items are sold on a first come first serve basis.
4. Serious buyers only. Any buyers who back out last minutes will be blacklisted from making future purchases.
5. Please use the measurements guideline available for choosing the size that suits you most.
6. Pictures and reviews are courtesy from victoriassecret.com.


Payment:
1. Upon receiving your order, we'll check the product availability and respond to your email within 1 working day. Reservations of the ordered item(s) will be held for a max for 3 days only.
2. For all orders, full payment must be made to our MBB/PBE account within 3 days before delivery of the item(s) ordered. Should the payment is not received within 3 days, all orders will be cancelled.
3. All sales are final, please read through the product item(s)description carefully before ordering.
4. Once orders are confirmed and payment has been made, NO cancellations/exchanges/ refunds/returns are allowed.


Delivery:
1. All orders will be delivered via PosLaju within Malaysia.
2. All prices are quoted without the delivery charges.
3. Items will be mailed the next day after FULL PAYMENT is received(with the exception of Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Orders are estimated to arrive within 3-5 working days. Tracking number will be provided to you via email.
4. Items sold are NEW and in good condition, unless stated. We will not be held responsible for any loss or damages incurred during shipping.
5. Please ensure that the delivery address and contact number provided are accurate.
